Right now, I am looking for a reliable sitter and someone I can trust! If the fit is good, I'd definitely want to use the same person long term for occasional babysitting for my youngest. My older child is mature, kind and independent, and will probably help from time to time. But I won't be putting too much responsibility on her with baby. I also have both dogs and cats. If you have allergies, might not be a good fit. Me and my hubby are friendly and outgoing, easy to get along with.
