Vishakha is a very enthusiastic, energetic, lively and happy person and that is the best quality of a babysitter I feel as the babies sense the energy and they love the company of happy & lively people. She has been taking care of our 11 months old son for almost a month now (all week days) and the our son loves her. She is thorough in her work and willing to learn and adopt the way parents wants her to follow with the baby. We appreciate that even when she is not at work, she keeps studying about children and watch videos to polish here skills and also share useful videos to us sometimes and this tells us that she is thinking about our baby even when she is at home. She might not be the most professionally experienced babysitter out there, but she took care of our baby like a family member and it shows in her bright eyes how much she love kids.
